free drinks luggage storage helpful staff
the lobby provides free hot drinks all day. the luggage storage was convenient before my flight. staff offered great help with directions.
i noticed slight street noise during early morning hours.

useful kitchenette rooftop views thin walls noisy stay
the studio was clean and included a kitchenette that helped save on breakfasts. the rooftop had fabulous views as the sun went down and the city lit up, i see the views of the airport bus, that stoped near by.
the towels are what you would expect at a neglected gym. thin walls. the staff was friendly instead

amazing location friendly staff convenient machine
the location was amazing! i loved that it was so close to everything. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. the coffee machine available 24 hrs was a lifesaver!

easy transport luggage room
the hotel is a 3 minute walk to placa catalunya. there are all means of transport at the placa. the hotel has a room where i could leave my luggage while i waited for my flight.
the room was not exactly what i expected, and maybe the walls could use some fresh paint.

grocery store convenient location rooftop solarium city view full view unfriendly staff rude behavior condescending attitude poor service missing hairdryer unsafe appliance
The location? Amazing! A grocery store sits just across the street, super handy. I also found the rooftop solarium lovely, specially at night. It gave a full view of the entire city.
I must say the reception staff weren't the friendliest. One was really condescending about a missing hairdryer section. He wanted me to bring it to him before understooding the problem. He said to use it if he could get it to work.

The location had convenient access to public transportation. The room was spacious. I found a complimentary coffee station available. I appreciated the microwave and fridge in the kitchen suite.
The room did not include chairs to sit and eat.

temperamental a c unclean floor
the location was acceptable, near many shops and restaurants.
i was disappointed with several things. the air conditioning was temperamental, i woke up feeling hot each night. also, i found the room was not very clean. the floor looked as not cleaned properly.
